Laid out and cut out horizontal stabilizer skin. Area set aside for this skin and the wing tip rib has enough space left to fit the remaining two turtledeck formers. Cut radiused corners of skin with hole cutter. Two inboard corners are 5/8" radius, the outboard corner I cut with a 1" radius and blended to the straight segments. Drilled row of aft edge holes on one side only. May drill through to the other side when the part is folded. Did not drill any of the hole pattern farther into the skin. I'll do like I did on #0042 - lay the h-stab frame over the skin, trace around it, then layout the hole pattern where the frame actually ends up. This way the holes are centered on the stab ribs, and there is no twist.
Trying to show layout of h-stab skin and tip rib.
Trying again, maybe it shows up here.
Showing plenty of room for remaining turtledeck formers.
