Completed fabrication of tail spars. Needed 1/2" collet for router to do this. Had to order it since I could not find the one that came with the router. Worked quite well with the many tips available from people's websites. First, clamp the part to a piece of 2x4 for stability and control. Don't drill the holes near the bend prior to bending. Use unibit to get a nice radius at the root of the cutout in the spars. Used files and sanding drum on dremel to smooth the cuts. Bending using the mongo bending tool was almost a non event. Very easy, very good radius. Definitely recommend building one of these to make the bends in the 3/16 material.
Clamp part to backing board for stability.
Backing board was repositioned along part to cover the two areas to cut.
Mess on the router table, chip shield temporarily clamped in place. (Doubles as belt sander table.)
