No pics, but started the process of converting an old Delta 9" wood bandsaw into a metal cutting beast.. well... a tame beast anyway. Gutted the drive system, and cobbled together a 15:1 reduction from some timing pulleys that I had laying around. Turned a shaft on the lathe to connect them. Will finish this up tomorrow.
