With the help of the wife, flipped the wing and started the prep for on the top surface. I'll be a couple of sessions on this.
I couldn't wait so I clamped the winglet on just to see what it looked like... Man these things will take up some space when complete. As the wing sits on the bench, the top of the spar is about 55" off the ground - right where it will be when it's on a parked airplane. Notice the winglet top almost touches my "almost" 10 ft ceiling... yikes.
