Created the main spar jig using D-18 as reference. Nothing too complicated here, but it took a lot longer than I though. I made mine from 5/8 particle board because I had it around. Some dimensions were adjusted accordingly. Take your time here and get it right - we can't afford twisted or bowed surfaces.
