Spent the night marking the new winglet rudders. I used my favorite multi-tool to cut the glass, then scored the foam underneath with a sharp knife. The rudder broke right out. The multi-tool is super easy to control to get that nice straight line, and leaves a super thin kerf.
Then I used a wire wheel to clean out the foam to the required depth (about an inch). This rudder is ready for glass.
