To make the lips - follow the directions for the firewall lip. Built an offset sanding tool to shape the foam. Opened up the edges to get the glass underneath the sides - tucked it all in and epoxied. Don't forget the peel ply - it makes it easier later!
Finished the joints with dry micro. Will lay up the 3 plies on the inside next time and that job will be done.
