Transferred pattern of all console parts to 1/4 foam today. Cut them all out and laid up one side with 1 ply BID on a 45.
Since I'm changing my ailerons to be more like a LEZ, I'm going to use a LEZ style bearing supported control system (torque tube). This will require changes to the way the front outer consoles are constructed. Not much of a problem, but a time adder none-the-less.
I forgot to take pictures of the layups, but I'll add them at a later date...
