Well, the first DWA's didn't come out quite right. I made a new template/tool with the radii on the outside of the tool this time (offers more stability in the flat in the middle) and changed the angle from the perfect 16.7° to 17.5° which will allow for slight spring back and any misalignment in the tool. I ordered a new sheet of 1/8 plywood, so I'll make the new DWA-4/8 as soon as it gets here.
I could have worked with the originals a bit I suppose and made them work - but I'd rather just make a new set for the $20 it costs and not have a deviated part in the heart of the structure...
