Riveted HS-609PP bars to the HS-603PP rear spar channels using AN470-6 rivets. Riveted HS-412PP hinges to HS-603PP channels using AN470-7 rivets. Riveted HS-413PP hinge brackets to HS-603PP channels uning AN470-5 rivets. Bolted HS-411PP center bearing to the rear spar using AN3-5A bolts, AN960-10 washers and AN365-1032 nuts per construction plans. Attachment bolts were torqued to 25 in/lbs.
Image 1 shows the completed rear spar. Image 2 shows areas of the reinforcement bars where the primer is not sticking. I will clean off as much of the flaking primer as possible, clean the affected areas and reprime. Image 3 shows the forward side of the rear spar. The yellow tape marks the holes where the ribs will be attached. They are empty holes for now.
