Primed both left and right interior horizontal stabilizer skins surfaces with SEM brand Self Etching Primer, 39683 Grey.
This primer is easy to use but is very expensive. I purchased 2 cans of this from a local automotive paint supply company. Each can is $18.00. I used 1.5 cans on just the interior surfaces of the horizontal stab. It's time to go shopping for a more cost friendly alternative.
