fitted Circular AMP connectors to the wing root wires, ready for connecting the battery. Tidied up any loose ends, but need to figure out a way of insulating the CB busses to stop them shorting out.
Realised that I'd wird up the original CAN bus and later avionics Can bus incorrectly... the Garmin wiring didnt include colours, so i'd pit CAN Hi as white/blue, then followed the circuit diagram from Stein that had CAN Lo as white/blue.... fortunately I only had to swap the pins on the pitch servo to get everything working. Continuity check good at the end.
Started to fit teh Micture/prop cover, then realised I couldnt tighten the cabe back nuts!
removed the structural box holding the controls, trimmed the rear enough to allow access for a boc spanner from behind. Good old Amazon will have it delivered tomorrow.
Needed to tweak the slot for the trhottle lever as it was snagging on the heatshrink used to hold the PTT wire... more tweaking needed tomorrow!
