Fished wiring up the primary switch panel after realising my error yesterday!
The P mag and standard mag switches now work properly ie when the mag switch is active there is an illuminated light and the switch to ground is open... same with the emag. Had to make a switch in order to do it though!... in fact, I had to make both switches!
a new problem had cropped up, in that the On-off-On switch meaent that in the 'off position, the mag and p mag were still 'live'!
Fixed that by changing the switch to an On-None-On switch. One down side is that in order to turn the mag off (ground it), the start enable switch has to be on... there just isnt another way to do it with one switch. The real 'starter' button is hidden in the stick so cant be pressed accidentally... and the priority is to make sure that when I think the mags are off, they are off...
