The avionics cover fibreglassing is ok, tight fit all round. Removed in order to reinforce the inner side. Epoxied a ribbon of kevlar alonfg the inside edge. Trimmed the panel to fit the refashioned cover, and trimmed a little off the edges to make installation easier. Made a fibregless plinth for the AOA, and also purchased a slip ball to fix to it, under the AOA.
