Brief Description: avionics shelf fabricated

Fittted the panel and constructed an avionics shelf, mounted some of the Garmin units for a trial fit. GEA24 arrives tomorrow, so that should be all of the bits. Seem to have room for a cooling fan on the shelf as well.
