Brief Description: Cut the main panel and holes for avionics
Back to working with aluminium.. great to be back! Cut out the aluminium panel to fit the Showplanes mounts. Needed to add a bit more depth to fit everything in, so had to curve the lower section to allow room for the stick and Tosten grip. Cut out the holes for the ipad mini.. the mount itself is huge, and took some fiddling to get it in. Cut out the hole for the main panel and then for the GTN 750. Then had to do it all again as the hole I made for the GTN mount was too big!
Looking good when I'd finished that part. Just need to place the G5 and the 507 autopilot, and the DME tomorrow
