Brief Description:  final installaition of interior

Long day... Fitted the extra stop tube to reduce forward ruddel pedal position on the slider tube to comply with the repeat mod for using dual brake cylinders.
Final fitting of all rudder pedal bolts, castle nuts and cotter pins, checked torque of the remaining rudder bolts.

Fitted the front cabin floor, seat ramps and seats, seatbelts. Sat inside and made aeroplane noises, tested averything and the aileron trim has stiopped working! Bugger!!
seats out, floor up,aileron d-sub connector disassembled and I found one of the sensor d-sub pins hadnt fully locked, so had been pushed out a little. Worked fine until cable tie securely, then it stopped working. replaced the pin, reassembled the d-sub, and all worked fine no matter how i twisted the connection and loom. Floor replaced, seat back in, seat belts back in, fire extinguisher installed, rear and front sticj boots installed... and everything still works!

tightened up the main support heim bearings for the control rods, and things stiffened up a bit... lots of fiddling to get the height of the jam nuts ok, then tightened them up. aileron control worked great until I tried aileorn movement with full rforward and aft stick, where there was horrible scraping noises!... cured by lowering the jam nuts and then tightening up the nut.
Adjusted the front stick heim bearing to increase forward travel and improve the clearance between the stick and the front seat. All moved 'full and free' at the ned.
