Tweaked the port intersection fairing to get it to match the SB one, and repainted it. A bit fiddly to get it to look good again...
Sanded the canopy frame again, then filled the join between the frame and bubble, and resanded... and repeat...
Primed the outside, and the ripples have pretty much gone... happy now.
Moved to the inside and sanded everything again, using solid sanding blocks to square everything.
sand, fill, repeat! Pretty warm, so the filler was going off in abourt 6 minutes, which helped.
Painted the inside, and much happier with the result. Not sure what colour to paint the inside... probably the same metallic silver as the outside, but have also seen a nice brushed aluminium vinyl wrap that would work.
Need to figure out how to get the GarminAOA and annunciator panel fixed inside the frame... or cut a hole in it and let it poke through from the inner avionics panel.
