Brief Description: Battery and avionics support fabricated
Decided that the avionics at the rear were potentially subject to significant lateral forces and would benefit from support from the top, rather than just the base. Fabricated a bracket that attacjes to the battery strap with 4 8R8 screws, and also braces the Garmin mount, which is bolted to the DME box. The bracket passes laterally to joint the mid longeron and attaches to the existing bolts used to hold the battery cover on.
