Brief Description: Avionics shelf rework

Figured out how to get all of the rear avionics in the back.. rotating the battery 90 degrees means that a new shelf needs to bbe just 2" wider than the standard battery box. Lots of fiddling to get it all to fit in a neat and compact manner though!
