Fitted the canopy mount back on... it seems to have shrunk and doesnt fit as well as when I first installed it... Mounted the handle brackets and lock mount. Drilled and fixed the lock brackets and attached the connecting rod between the outside handle and the pilot's handle. Nothing fitted quite as well as I had hoped, so a fair bit of head scratching went on!
I decided that the canopy might not fit as well because the cross beam between the front and rear setas was only held with a couple of screws as it needs to come off for welding and painting, and it might allow slight distortion of the canopy hinge... so I installed all of the bolts again! Definately made it all fit better, so worth the effort.
Will mount he front and rear locking rods tomorrow and get ready for welding the attachment brackets
