Drilled and fitted nut plates to the Zip Tips access panels and screwed them on. Took the port tip off, shortened the aerial earth/shield cable as advsed by Lee Archer, and reattached the wing tip.
Tried to find the source of the 'scrtachy' sound when I pushed right rudder... so seats out ffront footwell panel out, and inspected the cable with the endoscope. I'd managed to snare the rudder cable with one of the floor stiffenres! Drilled out 3 rivets, flipped the cable out, then re-rivetted the stiffener. 'Full and free" movement confirmed!
Fixed the centre side panel into place.
tweaked the canopy latching mechanism po make it easier to close the canopy more easily, and also drilled a hle in the centre section to allow a 'fixed' partially open position.
Tidied the hangar and put everything back where it should be!
