Brief Description: Finalised roll servo, installed port Zip tip
Wired the d-sub connector to the servo and secured the cables in their conduit to ensure no impingement on the roll tube.
Fitted a 90 degree adapter to the DME aerial to improve the clearance from the aileron control rod, then couldnt reattach it! Had to take the aileron tube off the servo to get enought room to fit it. Better result in the end though.
Chris and I checked the torqu on all bolts of the empennage and tailwheel, then Chris swapped out a few temporary nylocs in the 'cold' compartment of the engine for all metal lock nuts.
Fitted the Ziptips wingtip, after attaching the Nav aerial and routing the wiring loom to the light unit
