Started on the wing tip mounting. Cleocoed skin to the wing, then mounted the ZipTips wingtip. Pretty good fit, better than the empennage fiberglass bits.
All lined up with aileron in neutral position, tip attached and clecoed in place. Tip rib attached, and then all removed, West epoxy filler used to fill gaps, then all clecoed back in place. Took it all off when dry, dis a bit of sanding, and all looks straight and fits well.
Whilst wiating for the filler to harden, I removed the stall warner access panel that I want happy with, and replaced it. Much better fit, no distotion at all. Happy happy happy...
