Tinnerman washers epoxied into recessed areas on the outside of the front half of the wheelpant, and the other haldf match drilled. Anchor nuts rivetted to the other half using soft aluminium rivets.
More filling and sanding to get the edge straight and the main body of the tinnermans hidden, so that all that will be visible will be a clean edged countersunk hole.
