Fitted trim tab servo and trim tab horn. Wasnt happy with the appearence of the horn, so more filling, sanding and 'fairing'. I epoxied the two halves of the horn together. The plans call for a couple of washers each side of the horn to fill out the gap between the pushrod flanges. Getting four washers in and out every time the pushrod is moved will be a bugger, so I epoxied one each side of the trim horn. Looks better, and less chance of dropping the washers later!
Trim tab servo connected to a battery, and it works! Found the 'null point' and trimmed pushrod accordingly. Amazing how much satisfaction is gained by watching an electric moter move a bit of metal!
