Started well with the etch primer of the HS, VS and all elevator components, than started the epoxy primer. All started well, and I was feeling confident... and then it all went wrong.... paint started to run.
The paint consistency was too thin, and it looked like I was spraying thinners colored with a bit of paint. Need to pay more attention to mixing, and maybe agitate the paint in the spray container occasionally.
Struggled to get enough air pressure at the hose regulator , then realised I'd closed the gun regulator after cleaning it all... doh!
Left the booth feeling despondent, started cleaning up and removed the paint container from the gun with no respect for the laws of gravity... covered myself and the workshop floor in yellow primer! took hours to clean up...
