Rivetted the rudder skeleton, installed rudder hinges, clecoed rudder skin back on. Re-did few rivets in the most awkward place. Contemplated buying a rivet shaver, looked at the price and decided to drill them out! All done without damaging the skin... it's awfully thin! The small tungsten bucking bar is great.
Rudder arm seems to have more holes than shown in the plan. Looks right after rivetting them all though.
Gave in to the desire to buy more tools, so ordered a Sioux rivet shaver from ebay... £300 cheaper than LAS, and new!
