Doh! Figured out the problem with the DRDD2.... I put it on a bench that was not strong enough, so I fabricated a prop to stabilise the table immediately below the DRDD2, which meant I couldnt put the skin with one 'leaf' facing downwards. As soon as I moved the DRDD2 to the main table, the problem disappeared. Female dimple die on the base, male on the top, and it works fine!
Dimpled everything and tried a few test rivets with my new tungsten bucking bars.. they are great!
Used the spray booth for the first time for the acid etch primer. It's very watery,with no 'build' at all.
