Brief Description: Painted the cockpit rails and the central roll bar
Masked off the cockpit rails, sanded the tubing and rails, then primed the bits... unfortunately the paint reacted with the previous grey paint, so had to be removed fully with MEK. reprimed, then sprayed with Audi Aluminium metallic paint. looks like a good colour.
added a fillet of fibreglass/epoxy to the edge of the subpanel cover, as it looked untidy and needed to be 4-5mm longer. Sanded down and ready to refit when the cockpit paint is dry
