Put the lower cowling back on, then the top, and retrimmed the baffles to allow the two halves to fit properly. Adjusted the baffle seals at the inlet ramps. lots of fiddling, but it got theer in the end. All set to cut out the oil door.
Painted the throttle assembly and CB panels with BMW carbon black metallic. Tried hydro-dipping a few test pieces and wasnt very successful. Need to read the manual.
Picked up the faceplates for the throttle housing.. look great!
