Spent most of the day working on my electric rudder trim mod, based on the spring-loaded aileron trim. Had to make a mount and a housing for the Ray Allen servo, and fabricate connecting cables using 2.5mm rigging parts. Had to guess the spring size, and need to get some a bit longer. Will need to submit a mod application to LAA but I'll wait to see if it works first.
Got new NPT to AN4 connectors and redid the connection to the Grove gear. Attached the pipes in the gear tower, and then swapped the fittings on the handbrake unit for banjo fittings... looks much neater.
Changed the fittings to Banjos... much neater installation
