Brief Description: SB wingtip nutplates attached

WIngtip removed after epoxy filler set, nutpaltes attached and trial fit worked well. The AN1100-06 nutplates arrived so I re-made the hatch for the heated pitot. No warps ond fits well. Much better than first attempt.
