started the Horizontal stabilizer tonight, final drilling the holes to #40 for the skin and # 30 for the internal structure. i had to a dapt "measure twice and cut once" when i was dealing with the the popular Malfunction Junction. everything went well. i will however start detailing the project with more depth and more photos and of every step, organization is a key to success of this project. I need to make the shop comfortabe year a round. it was a little cold tonight. I managed to final drill one side of the Horizontal Stabilizer and debur edges first then flute edges in this order. fluting first will make deburring a bit harder, talking from experience here.
