Laid out & drilled 2-#21 holes on hinge brackets & into side of nose ribs. Updrilled the other 2 holes in the brackets to #21 & clecoed in place. Laid out center line on bottom spar flange, rear & nose ribs. Positioned the spar on the skin & when the center line was visible through the pre-drilled holes in the skin I drilled & clecoed the spar, rear ribs & nose ribs to bottom side of skin. Cut the rib angle (7V6-3 to 35 mm.
