Laid out rivet holes on rib angle (7V6-3), drilled & clecoed in place. Cut out the holes for the hings brackets to extend through by drilling several holes (#30) & then filing. Positioned the flaperon splice end rib, drilled & clecoed to bottom of skin first, then, to side of rib angle.
