Bolted strobe power supply unit to spar tip with AN3-4A bolts, 8L-washers and AN 365 SL # 10 nuts. Strobe Power Supply is grounded to airframe (black wire) from unit through bolt, also used a ground (white wire) from same bolt and will eventually go to a common ground on firewall.
