No pre-drilled holes in nose skin (7V7-1) Before bending nose skin around nose ribs I clamped q total of three 1"x2"x10' pieces of wood on top & bottom of trailing edge skins to protect skins from ratchet web clamps, and one underneath to level wing 1/12" from bench surface. Bent nose skin around ribs. Laid out rivet lines on nose skin, drilled & clecoed to nose ribs, then, to spar cap, "L" channels on slat supports & wing tip. AN3-5A bolt on spar doubler interferes with one of the rivets that goes thru the spar cap. The bolt had to be be reversed (nut facing forward) for the rivet to clear.
