Laid out & fabricated 2-Flaperon Arms (7V4-7). Used a scroll saw to cut curves, then, used sanding drum on drill press along with a file to finish. Note: While attempting to cut off a corner of (7V4-7) using the radial arm saw. The piece must have moved & the blade dug into the piece kicking it back. Resulted in a cut finger and the two pieces that were taped together were damaged. Ordered 2 new Flaperon Arms from Zenith Aircraft.
