Riveted nav & strobe light fixture to fiberglass tip. Sealed nav lgt. fixture with RTV silicone. Drilled out existing #40 holes in nose skin & fiberglass tip to 30 drill size. Filed out a nick on the edge of the lower skin near tip. Filed all edges & deburred. Applied Zinc Oxide to mating surfaces.
