Brief Description: Inspection Plate Doublers

Layed out & fabricated a doubler for an inspection plate opening & cover. This will enable access to the "U" Channel (7V11-4K) that secures fuel tank on inside of rib # 2, for tank removal. Also made one for the right wing, (next entry 12/31/02)
