Clamped 3-pcs.1x2x10 ft. wood to nose & trailing edge skins to protect edges when using ratchet clamps to bend nose skin around nose ribs & also to help keep the skins ridgid.Turned wing over (right side up), leveled using a water level & clamped to bench. Put a ratchet web clamp at every rib station to bend nose skin around ribs. Put a reference line 20 mm from front edge of spar to be sure nose skin overlaps the whole 20 mm width of the spar. Marked center lines on nose ribs.
