Cut 2 "L"s for fuel tank channel. Layout,drill& cleco "L"s to wing tank channel (7V11-2K)Trim, drill & cleco 7V11-2K to rear ribs. Remove all rear channels(7V6-2SP), rear rib angles,root doubler(7V4-3), rear upper strut fitting (7V4-4) & "L" channel doublers, wing tank channel(7V11-2K) & "L"'s. Debur all edges & holes. Prime all mating surfaces with Zinc Oxide.
