Made two Rib formers from OAK and some 1/8 steel rod. used longer rinbs to make new shrter ones using the formers. Works well. Ordered new SNX-Z03-02 and SNX-Z03-04 from SONEX to Make new Spars and complete the ribs. Next I will make formers for each Rib and Spar from OAK then make the part. This seems to work well parts look good and come out identical. See pics.
