Built both ailerons but I forgot to take a picture of them FLAT on the work bench. I used a 2X6 the full length of the aileron. I put some of the rubber packing on the aileron then put the board on the aileron. Then I covered the board with the rubber packing and then put my scuba diving weight belt down the full length of the aileron to hold it firmly and keep it flat. It worked out great – No twist.
