Countersunk stiffener ring for platenuts. Dimpled rib to match countersdink.. Riveted platenuts and stiffener ring to inboard tank rib. Drilled out fule filler flange and countersunk for skin. Fabricated T-914 vent tube clip from 0.020 sheat.
