Placed temporary blind rivets to hold attach brackets to tank. Clecoed tank to spar and drilled brackets to tank with 3/16 bit. Drilled splice strip screw holes to #19. Removed tank and drilled out skin to baffle holes to #40. Drilled out plate nuts that had been errantly attached to inboard of spar for tank attach bracket, primed these holes. Deburred other attache bracket holes in spar.
