I removed two circuit breakers from the panel; one is not needed and the other (USB PORT) was relocated.
I sent my layout drawing the Big Blue Saw for water jet cutting. They don't coat or engrave aluminum, but they are very affordable, easy to order online and relatively fast. My panel will be cut out of .100" thick 6061 Aluminum and cost $138 for material and cut +$20 for basic finish + $15 shipping.
