Brief Description:  1 - Comm antenna mount prep

My comm antenna mounting holes don't match the holes with the TAF supplied backing plate, so I will need to do some modifications. The TAF mounting plate is layed out for 4, M4 rivnuts installed through the plate and the skin, while my RAMI antenna has three mounting holes for #10-32.

My solution will be to make three new holes in the TAF mounting plate for M5 rivnuts attached to the skin, with counterbores in the thicker RAMI plate to clear the lip of the rivnuts. Both plates will be riveted together with the skin, and will also have UV resistant silicone adhesive at each interface.

The existing 4 rivnut holes in the tail cone skin will not be used, but will be sealed. I thought about only using the RAMI mount and discarding TAF mount, but I decided more is better.
