Brief Description: Install nut plates on servo tab spars
Mark nut plate positions on spars using .040 shims to allow for thickness of covering during final assembly; Drill #30 center hole and use cleco to clampnut plate in position; Drill 1st #40 mount hole; add cleco and then drill second hole; Countersink mounting holes; Debur all holes. Position nutplate and clamp in place with main screw, Mount nut plate using Cherry Max CCR264CS-3-2 rivets.
